LG 50PS70FD

LG 50PS70FD has the technology to record one program while watching another. This exciting technology comes embedded along with the plasma, leaving the customer hassle free. There are also lots of others features in this model that are worth discussing.

Bezel is piano black with a strip of blue in the bottom. Aluminium stand compliments the bezel very well which makes the whole look a perfect class. Remote control is also designed in such a way that it looks simple and portrays an easy-to-use look. It is available in two sizes 50'' and 60''. As far as the hardware design is concerned, it has efficiently modelled connectivity with four HDMI ports, two components input, a PC input and two AV-in ports. For audio, there are exclusively designed Invisible speakers which make the movie watching experience memorable.

Few features like program-recording, intelligent sensors and few others are partially or completely imported from the other company's model. Though, the developers have managed to perform a neat work so that it doesn’t look awkward.  For example, USB ports can be used to record the programs into a external drive. The 'Time Machine Link' technology may sound new but many of us quite familiar with its functionality. This is nothing but pause; rewind live TV, EPG recording feature that comes has come in with the satellite TVs. Intelligent Sensor technology has programs designed in such a way that it can change the brightness and colours according to the light levels in the room. This technology promises to save power usage and boost up picture quality. With many other technologies such as pin-sharp motion dedicated exclusively for the picture quality, we expect it to meet the world standards. But when compared to its competitors the picture finishing still lags perfection. Colour gradations should have been handled well since the black tends to look brown in lit rooms.

Apart from recording USB slot also proves to be useful in viewing videos from various equipments such as DVD, Blue-Ray. Audio systems pass the acid test and the users have started appreciating it. If still there is issue, there are also 5.1 systems readily available to have the theatre experience. On the whole, forgiven for its picture quality and few other minor features, the product can sure be given a chance.
